Warping Machine:
Yungli Machine's high speed Warping Machine collects threads from hundreds of smaller spools and wound them together in groups on a sizing beam until the full number of warp threads is reached.
Standard/Wide-format Beaming Machine
Yungli Machine's Beaming Machine combines from 2 to 24 beams of fiber to one weaving beam. Main features include:
1. Replacement of any permanent or consumable parts pertaining to long fiber sizing, beaming, and warping.
2. Customer based design of preventative maintenance program.
3. Modification of previous generation sizing, beaming, and warping machines.
4. Roller repair: Re-coat, precision grinding to 10 micron precision on >3600mm contact surface length, rubber coating, and more.
